FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, after 27 years of development and growth, has become one the most renowned trade shows in the food and cater industry. FHC is a great platform to help major multinational companies enter the Chinese market.
The 26th FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, which will be held in 2023, was jointly organized by Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Restaurants Cuisine Association and by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Foodstuffs and Native Produce and Animal By-Products and by the All China Bakery Association. Over 30 international pavilions and exhibitors participated, covering over 170,000 square metres of exhibition space.
The 27th FHC Global Food Trade Exhibition in Shanghai will be held annually from 2024. It will feature cutting-edge food and catering enterprises from all over the world, with an improved trading platform and superior support services.
FHC2023 Shanghai Global Food Trade Show attracted pavilions and international exhibitors from more than 30 countries, including Australia and Austria, Belgium and Canada, Denmark, France and Germany, Indonesia and Italy, Japan and South Korea, Malaysia and the Netherlands, Peru and Russia, Saudi Arabia and Singapore, Spain and Sri Lanka, Switzerland and the United States. Around 800 brands and 400 international exhibitors from Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America crossed oceans to find growth. Exotic cuisine of high quality, combined with the need for innovation and the frequent iterations in the domestic food industry has ignited many sparks and created more space for growth and innovation.
